♥♥ DIRECTIONS: To add a beautiful decoration and subtle room deodorizer place on a tray, saucer, or in a basket. The Scent will last 3 or 4 months. Use a hair dryer to warm them and freshen up as needed. For a stronger scent, add to your melter for a safe, easy way to fragrance your home, office, or play space. Safe to use in melters that are electric or use tea light candles as long as they were made to melt scented wax.

♥♥ PRODUCTION: Made in molds with wax, dye, and fragrance oil. I use a house soy and paraffin blend wax for my embeds to offer great scent and optimal color retention.

♥♥ CAUTION: These can be used to decorate candles UNLESS they have candy and/or glitter. Glitter and candy can NOT be used in candles that burn with a flame whether wood wick or regular wick. They can be used in a wickless candle that melts on a warmer.

♥♥ HOT WEATHER: Ice packs are available during hot weather. Wax will melt and is not covered with postal insurance. To avoid loosing your product in shipping due to hot weather, it's recommended to purchase ice packs when it is 80*F or above. When temperatures reach 95* and above, orders will ship ONLY Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

♥♥ SHIPPING METHODS: I use USPS ground, priority, and flat rate shipping. Large orders (bulk orders) ship UPS ground.

The shipping charges per listing are for ALL costs of shipping. This includes boxes, bubble bags, tape, envelopes, shipping labels, and postage. Etsy charges fees on shipping which are added to the cost of shipping.

♥♥ IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT SHIPPING AND INSURANCE: Insurance covers damaged products or lost products "while in transit". Please take into consideration boxes that have been delivered and are sitting on your doorstep unattended, on a porch unattended, or in your mailbox unattended. They are NOT covered by insurance. Once they have been delivered the post office and me are NOT responsible if they go missing. If anything disappears after it was delivered, the item/items will NOT be replaced or refunded. Please contact me to ship your order with signature confirmation if you don't want to take a chance of items disappearing after they are delivered. I will set up a listing for you and charge the appropriate postage fees to ship accordingly.

♥♥ INSURANCE CLAIMS: Your tracking number has been provided and needs to be used to verify your order through the post office. If a package has been damaged or lost while in transit, please use the provided number when you inquire about your order.

♥♥ RETURN ORDERS: I have a no return policy - See exception below. Ordering fragrances online is a chance taken from the buyer. If you want to return items because you don't like the scent. You assume ALL shipping charges. I will refund the "unused" product ONLY.

♥♥ RETURN ORDER EXCEPTION: In the event there is a problem with your order (determined on a case-by-case situation) and it needs to be returned, I will send a "return label" via our conversation. I MUST be contacted within 5 days from when your order is delivered. The package MUST be sent from the P.O. within 5 days of getting the return label. If it is not returned on time, I will not accept the package and I will not refund it.
